How do I care for my succulents?

Succulents are wonderfully low-maintenance. Place them in bright, indirect sunlight and water sparingly — once every 1–2 weeks is usually enough. Let the soil dry out completely between waterings. Avoid overwatering, as this is the most common cause of succulent problems.

Do you offer bulk orders for events or corporate gifts?

Absolutely! We specialise in bulk orders for weddings, baby showers, corporate events, and more. Because every piece is handcrafted with care, we ask that bulk orders are placed at least one month in advance — this gives us the time to hand-select each succulent, personalise every pot, and ensure everything is perfect for your big day. Volume discounts are available starting from 50 units, with custom branding options including company logos on acrylic resin pots. Contact us for a tailored quote.

What is your returns and refund policy?

Because our products are living plants, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We take great care in packaging to ensure your succulents arrive safely.
